Fort Kobbe International Vaults is an independent private vaulting, secure storage, and logistics company operating in the Republic of Panama. We provide private vault storage, asset intake, inventory documentation, logistics coordination, and related services for precious metals and other assets accepted in accordance with our policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Clients are free to purchase gold, silver, platinum, palladium, bullion, coins, and other precious metals from any reputable dealer, refinery, mint, or other supplier of their choosing. Fort Kobbe does not require clients to purchase precious metals through any particular company, dealer, or supplier.
If a client requests assistance, we may introduce independent international precious metals suppliers that we may recommend based on their regulatory compliance, Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, due diligence standards, reputation, and international capabilities. Any purchase transaction is entered into directly between the client and the selected supplier. Fort Kobbe is not a party to the purchase agreement and does not act as the seller, broker, intermediary, escrow agent, payment processor, or financial institution in connection with any such transaction. Clients remain solely responsible for selecting their preferred precious metals supplier and for conducting any independent due diligence they consider appropriate before entering into a purchase transaction.
Following completion of the purchase, Fort Kobbe may assist in coordinating secure shipment, bonded transportation and logistics services, where applicable, customs-related documentation, asset intake, inventory procedures, and long-term private vault storage in Panama, subject at all times to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, internal compliance policies, and asset acceptance requirements.
PURCHASE & STORAGE STEPS

If purchasing through one of our recommended precious metals suppliers, you will first complete that supplier’s account opening, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and due diligence requirements. Your selected supplier will then provide all applicable purchase documentation and transaction agreements.

Once your purchase has been arranged with your selected supplier, Fort Kobbe can assist in coordinating shipment instructions, delivery logistics, customs requirements where applicable, and secure transfer of your assets to your designated storage location.

Payment methods are determined solely by the precious metals supplier you choose. Our recommended suppliers currently accept bank wire transfers and may offer additional payment options in accordance with their own policies and applicable regulations.
