The debate in my opinion was not funny Haha, but it was most certainly funny peculiar.
As I watched the presidential debate on Tuesday evening, I must admit that I was unimpressed on all sides, the ‘interviewers’, as well as the candidates, each for different reasons.
The stories are as old as electioneering. Promises, promises, promises. The construction of the questions and the treatment of the candidates, leaves many questions.
Gullible people usually pick the best promises. Both candidates have a track record to which we can easily refer.
Pre-prepared stories, old gripes and very little of ‘this is what I will do and how I will do it’. I feel that a much longer, more detailed debate should be held. Perhaps over a number of sessions.
Fair time for questions to be answered and rebutted without too much interviewer interference may give a truer picture.
Both candidates seemed extremely constrained. Trump looked bottled up and angry, Harris looked strained and lost her escapist cackle.
In terms of the market and metals, there is almost no post-interview reaction. This morning, two days later gold appears to be reacting, but this could be because of military as well as political activity.
The construct and tight rules of the debate made it uninteresting, bland and almost as expected from both sides.
Who counts the votes counts as we draw closer to voting day.

BTC:GLD: gold outperforms Bitcoin.

ETHUSD we are out. There are signs of a reversal, no buy signal.

BTCUSD we have a spike low and the signals have turned down. No buy yet.

GOLD AND SILVER STOCKS
Gold physical is outperforming gold stocks. This appears to be reversing. I believe by next week this will turn.

Silver outperforms Silver stocks. This appears to be reversing. We have a spike high but no confirmed reversal yet.

GOLD AND SILVER
Silver is trading in a tight range even though this morning gold is hitting new highs. The presidential debate does not appear to have had much effect on either.
